We make sure your floral packaging arrives safely and on time. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery policies.

1. Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and Dutch public holidays). Orders placed on a business day before 11:00 are usually shipped the same day. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer. Delivery times start after your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.

2. Shipping Methods:

We work with trusted carriers and select the most suitable shipping method for each order. This ensures reliable and efficient delivery based on your location and the nature of the shipment.

3. Shipping Rates:

Shipping costs depend on your delivery zone. Free shipping is applied automatically once your order reaches the threshold for your zone.

4. Shipping Area & Duties:

We ship throughout Europe, including the UK, Switzerland, and Norway. Customers in the UK, Switzerland, and Norway are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and must be paid upon delivery.

5. Estimated Delivery Times:

After processing, transit times are as follows:

- BENELUX: typically 1–2 working days after dispatch
- Rest of Europe: usually 2–7 working days after dispatch

These are estimated transit times. Factors beyond our control, such as customs procedures or carrier delays, may affect the actual delivery date.

6. Order Tracking:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have an account with us, you can also track your order via the "Order History" section.

7. Shipping Address Accuracy:

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please note that delivery instructions such as an alternative drop-off location are not forwarded to the carrier.

8. Delivery Issues:

9. Shipping Holidays:

Shipping carriers may observe holidays, which can affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
